Our Groomer template pack contains a customer registration form and a service agreement for customers to complete and sign. The pack is for setting onging grooming relationships rather than one-time bookings.

The templates have been created in MS Word and are fully amendable.
Add your log and your company details, and the Registration Form is ready to go.
The Service Agreement requires a little more completion so that it matches your company's terms and conditions, but the areas that need information are clearly marked.
