All weddings, and their pet requests are completely bespoke - and this makes it difficult to decide how much to charge. Our Wedding Chaperone Pack contains a service agreement, a customer registration form and a cost calculator to help you work out the right charge for the service.

The templates have been created in MS Word and are fully amendable.
Add your log and your company details, and the Registration Form is ready to go.

The Service Agreement requires a little more completion so that it matches your company's terms and conditions, but the areas that need information are clearly marked.
